How can I be sure you’re using real hardwoods and not veneers?

We only use locally sourced solid hardwoods—such as walnut, white oak, and cherry—sourced from trusted lumber yards right here in Maryland.
Throughout the build process, we keep you updated with photos and progress reports, so you can watch your furniture come to life—from rough-sawn lumber to a finished heirloom piece. What you see is what you get: authentic, solid wood, never veneers.

What type of finish do you use?

We use Rubio Monocoat, a premium hardwax oil finish made from natural linseed oil. It creates a durable, satin sheen that enhances the natural beauty of the wood grain while offering excellent protection. It’s easy to maintain, low in VOCs, and built to last.
